Jennifer Cross, Series Facilitator, Owner/Founder of Princeton Leadership Services

Jennifer Cross is the owner and founder of Princeton Leadership Services (PLS), a consulting firm that specializes in custom-designed leadership development programs and executive coaching. The mission of PLS is to positively influence, develop, and support excellence in organizational culture—one employee at a time.

Jenn has enjoyed working with a diverse array of companies through the Northeast and Midwest since 1997. Under her leadership, PLS partners with organizations that value their employees as their greatest asset. Current and past clients include educational institutions, non-profit organizations, government agencies, banking, manufacturing companies, healthcare organizations, and intercollegiate athletic departments.

Prior to starting her own company, Jenn worked at several higher education institutions, providing leadership training and team development programs for staff and students alike. She earned both her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and her Master’s Degree in Education from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She’s currently a Co-Lead Facilitator for the LeaderShape, Inc., and a sought-after keynote speaker, instructor, and workshop facilitator.  She lives with her family in State College, PA.

Sara Cooper, Host, Owner/Founder of Cooper Creative Group

Sara Cooper, a longtime resident of Titusville, NJ, received a degree in finance from Boston University School of Management, and spent nearly two decades lending her financial expertise to banking and real estate advisory services in Boston. During her time there, she had the opportunity to work with teams that rebranded financial institutions and made them public.

Sara went on to train as a professional chef at the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts, ultimately using her skills to co-found Four Girls, an award-winning event planning business. Four Girls thrived for many years, and during that time, Sara gained invaluable experience in running a small business, growing market presence, and contracting necessary activities to a myriad of tradespeople. Ultimately, she was inspired to start Cooper Creative Group.

With well-developed project management skills, experience in business development, and a long-standing presence in the greater New Jersey community, Sara is uniquely suited to partner with her clients to brand and promote them in the markets she knows so well. Pat Coleman-Boatwright, Host, Executive VP, Business Development, Cooper Creative Group and Independent Consultant

Patrice Coleman-Boatwright is a former higher education administrator who retired from executive leadership at The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) to devote her time and expertise to small businesses. Pat, an alumna of the University of Hartford (B.A.) and Central Connecticut State University (M.S.), now serves as an independent educational and small business consultant. She is an accomplished trainer, public speaker, and consultant in the areas of leadership development, organizational development, and multicultural relations.

At TCNJ, she served as Associate Vice President of Community Relationships and Special Campus Events, managing conference and meeting services, local community affairs, and large-scale events such as the Ewing Township Community Fest. During her time at TCNJ, she also served on the President’s Cabinet and held multiple other positions in Student Affairs, including Assistant Dean/College Disciplinary Officer, and as an adjunct faculty member in the Human Relations Department. She lives with her family in Trenton, NJ.
